Removable Braces

In principle, an early orthodontic examination in preschool age is recommended.

In addition, we eliminate existing unfavorable habits in early treatment like thumb sucking, lip biting and tongue dysfunction. Therefore we work closely with the speech therapists .

The prepubertal growth spurt can be used orthodontically to improve jaw position relationships. We use removable devices for this purpose. 

Fixed Braces

Fixed braces using the latest technology are usually the best choice for moving individual teeth in the jaw in a controlled manner.

The multi-band multi-bracket appliance consists of bands and brackets that are attached to the teeth. With the help of coordinated wire arches, the teeth are moved step by step into their ideal arch shape and perfectly aligned.

Fixed non-compliance appliances can be used in combination with fixed braces.

A retainer needs to be worn long term to keep the teeth straight.

Hidden, Almost Invisible Braces

If you want your braces to be as inconspicuous as possible, we recommend choosing tooth-colored ceramic brackets or treatment with aligners (transparent splint sets).

Aligner is the contemporary method of invisible and gentle tooth correction with transparent splints.

Aligner are clear invisible, retainer-type braces - a series of which are worn full time (except when removed for eating) to achieve straight teeth.

Orthodontics is also useful later on, as the improved position of the teeth makes it easier to maintain adequate oral hygiene.
